Purposes and legal basis
Information is processed to provide requested services, protect accounts, prevent abuse, respond to messages, review opportunity reports, and process applications. Where consent is requested, it may be withdrawn for future processing. Other processing may be required to perform a requested service, meet legal duties, or protect legitimate security interests.
Application data and retention
Application details and uploaded documents are used only for recruitment processing and related security review. The configured operational retention period is 180 days unless a shorter period is requested or a longer period is required by law, an active dispute, or a documented recruitment need.
Uploaded files remain private. Files that have not passed a configured safety scan are quarantined and must not be made available to publishers.
