Minimum publication checks
- Identify the organisation and record its verification method and evidence reference.
- Use an official or primary source URL and name the source accurately.
- Check title, description, location, eligibility, deadline, and application method.
- Record the reviewer, verification date, notes, and any relevant evidence.
- Keep the listing non-public while evidence is incomplete or disputed.
Status changes
Listings may be pending verification, verified, scheduled, published, closing soon, expired, archived, suspended, reported, removed, or marked fraudulent. Reported content is reviewed using the available evidence; credible safety concerns may justify immediate temporary removal.
Limits
Verification records a reasonable source check at a point in time. It does not guarantee that a third party will continue to operate correctly or that an applicant will receive a response.
