Senior Credit Operations Officer– Wholesale, Syndication and SMEs

About this opportunity

To ensure timely and accurate disbursement of secured retail and wholesale loans in line with credit policies and procedures, while minimizing risk, maintaining loan book quality, supporting the Manager in daily unit operations, dual authorization, and enhancing customer satisfaction through compliance with agreed service levels.

Responsibilities

• Support the Manager in ensuring the daily logs of disbursement is done as per SLA
• Distribute logs of pending to the team and ensure disbursement is done in accordance with credit policy
• Review submitted drawdowns and ensure completed before disbursement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Economics or related fields
• Master's degree in business studies is an added advantage
• Banking experience of more than 3 years in Wholesale, SMEs & Syndication and Retail Credit Operations
